Q: How can I reserve an apartment?
A: By paying the security deposit and signing the lease.
Q: When is rent due?
A: For student is due on July 1 and December 1, unless you made some arrangement with us. For Non-students is due at the begining of every month.
Q:What will happen if I sign a lease and decide not to come to PCT?
A: You are liable for the apartment. However, you are intitle to find someone to replace you or if the tenant give us adequate notice for us to find someone.
Q:What happens if I am relying on financial aid to pay for my rent?
A: If you are relying on financial aid, you must tell us, and work out a payment plan. Once the plan is agreed upon, you should stay with it.
Q:May I stay in my apartment during school vacations?
A: Yes. Just let us know.
Q:Where is Castillo Apartments office located?
A: 942 West Fourth Street, Williamsport.
Q:What utilities am I responsible to pay?
A: Check your lease in the utility section.
