Our mission is simple. Increase the availability of affordable, decent, and accessible housing for students at the Pennsylvania College of Technology,and also the residents of Williamsport, PA.
The mission of Castillo Apartment, Williamsport is to provide a residential community that fosters positive and responsible social interactions, evidenced by a condition of equality and respect for individual differences, while at the same time promoting academic excellence. We will provide a safe, quality, supportive living environment in which students and residents may pursue their educational goals.
